As a product manager, I believe in building products around user needs. However, doing that involves balancing different stakeholders with different interests, listening to the user problem and converting it to a need, and understanding what the product is telling us through the product analytics data. As the customer's voice, I helped transform the IDV product into a SaaS, multi-tenant, white-labeled product and reduced the onboarding time from two months to two weeks. I also built new identity verification features like documents, face verification, and one-time passcode.
Prioritize and build the roadmap by aligning customer value and company goals for Cimpl. Was responsible for collecting and transforming requirements to user stories consumable by the development team and being the customer voice within the R&D team. Led the agile transformation for the Cimpl development team by introducing agile methodology gradually and guiding the team through the process.
